In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Asalaamalaikum(Peace be on you),

How have you been doing? Hopefully good.

The past 15 days have been a whirl of a time.

Have I even wished you Eid Mubarak yet? Well, if I haven’t, I hope you had a blessed Eid.

Like I had already stated before, Eid ul Adha is more work than play.

There isn’t much to share on how my Eid went, the only celebratory thing being done was on the third day, the BBQ.

More @MisfitNarrator on Instagram!

Where in, we couldn’t manage to grill some burgers and that was slightly sad, but Alhamdulillah for everything.

I bet you had moved on and forgotten that Eid was just last week.

Moving on, (for real this time)

I traveled this weekend to the commercial capital of the country, Mumbai.

Since it was a visit to see family, I do not have any touristy pictures of the Gateway and no definitely not of any Bollywood or even a TV star.

Just pictures I took while we moved around.

Anyone who visits Mumbai, has been found guilty of being sub consciously prepared to crash into a celebrity at any given time during their stay, even until the last moment they check on their plane for any celebrity sighting before taking off.

But no guys, that’s not how it works.

You could be living in the city, and still not have your paths cross with a celeb for years.

Mumbai is a huge city, with it’s massive population constantly pushing the city’s boundaries.

Mumbaikars fawn over the city’s monsoon.

But I cannot take the constant down pour, and thankfully for most of our stay, it was bright and sunny.

That brings me to weather talk!

It is so hot.

I saw a meme the other day, which said, ‘Winter decided to skip this year and after monsoon, summer is following pursuit.’ and I instantly slammed the like button when I read that for it’s accuracy.

But the sky has been lit, like literally.

There are beautiful fluffs of clouds, glimmering under the golden sunshine.

If you thought I was going to wrap this up with small talk and daily life banters, then you would’ve been right most of the time.

But, I have a few things up my sleeve, which have been on my mind for a while.

It’s been a little over a year, since this blog began and I set foot in this wonderful place with some amazing fellow bloggers and supporters.

It only felt right that we moved towards change, towards something better.

I have been wanting to update and twitch the blog design, making it more fun and accessible.

It’s still under works, but I thought I’d let you know!

Also I am considering now to have two kinds of posts, a regular post like this one to catch up with y’all and another in form of an article.

All of which are just considerations in my head right now.

I would love to hear from you, of what you think I should change or bring in or should let stay.

Seriously, the readers word matters to me the most, comment down under or message me on WP or Instagram, reach out!

I hope you have a great week ahead!

The weekend is close and just maybe a new post is even closer!

Take very good care of yourselves!

Until Next Time!

Salaamalaikum!

The weather is so weird during the Monsoon 😕
Also your blog should be YOU. If you want to change things around, do it! I shall look forward to it! And to all other posts as well!
    Wasalam! Much love ❤️
